30 Day Challenge

There are approximately one million diets out there with one billion variations for each one. With all of these choices, where does one begin? We can’t say for sure which is best, but we can follow individuals within our network and track their progress.  “D” a close associate of ours, has agreed to try this variation of the “Raw” diet. This version is rather difficult, and consists of: water or green tea (no sugar or cream), plain yogurt, dried fruits, raw nuts, fresh fruits, and vegetables. These foods can be consumed as many times as you want throughout the day. It is highly recommended that you eat every two hours. The best part is you get to eat a palm sized piece of grilled meat for breakfast. The target for this particular diet is thirty days with today being day one. On April 13th, we will have the results for you. Until then…be great where you are!

  1. A person’s diet is a crucial part of their fitness regime. You tear down your muscles when you work out, setting them up to get bigger and stronger when you eat quality food and provide your body a steady flow of protein, calories, carbohydrates, and fat. If you bust your but in the gym, but don’t eat well, you are not maximizing your workouts.

  2. LOVE THIS — every article!! How do I partake in the challange. This is exactly what I need — someone to kick my ass. I know exactly what to do, but need someone to encourage and motivate me to do so… I am so busy encouraging others that I am fresh out when it comes to self… Something I am working on, however 🙂 xo
