The Post Workout Mango Lassi
Mango lassi is most commonly found in India and Pakistan though it is gaining popularity worldwide. It is made from yogurt, water and mango pulp. Our friend @photograbber was kind enough to share this healthy version of the mango lassi with us. It makes for a great post workout shake!
Here’s the recipe in its original form, feel free to substitute the mango with your fruit of choice:
- 9 oz. Plain Yogurt
- 4.5 oz. Water
- 7 oz. Frozen Mango
- 5g Creatine
- 5g Glutamine
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
Blend to desired thickness and enjoy!!
