Give A Little More Today
Good day to all of you fitness lovers! We trust everyone’s back to their regular exercise regimen now that the Easter Sunday has come and gone. We imagine that for the most part, you’re hitting the gym with a vengeance. Going all out in your routine, feeling that burn with each exercise. You’re getting stronger both mentally and physically by the day.
Here is something for you to think about as you hit the gym, road, or bike trail….”1 More”. That’s it. Apply it to your workout today. If you’re lifting weights, fit in 1 more set. For the runners and bikers out there, add 1 more mile/kilometer to today’s run/ride. While you’re on your yoga mat, hold that pose for an extra ten seconds. Give a little more today than you have been all week. Show your mental toughness as you push through the extra lifting. Run a little faster as you tough it out through the final stretch. Challenge yourself on your ride by grinding out that last leg in a higher gear. Do something today that really challenges your body.
