Fitness As Usual

It is back to business here on the Socially Fit Blog. Due to a very busy work schedule, and a computer that crashed, this blog has been neglected. Shame on us!! Life happens, right? Only if we allow it. What we do is make excuses, and that’s just not good enough. We should remain committed in all aspects of life, but it gets difficult sometimes, please hang in there with us.  We will tell you this, as tough as the last couple of weeks have been, we did not skip a workout or break our healthy eating habits!! Yeah us!! How have you guys been?  We hope your fitness journey has been filled with progress as well. Now it’s time to get back to the motivational and educational side of things.

This morning as usual was the 5AM run, followed by a 6AM gym session. We isolated bi’s and completed an intense workout. We continue to see changes in our bodies, and the increased strength and energy is enough to keep us moving forward!!  We are stoked about the progress and are excited to share new stories, recipes, and exercises with you all!

Looking forward to tomorrow, we remain Socially Fit!
