Just add Water

I just love to start (or end) my day with a tall glass of water and lemon. Did you know that besides being absolutely refreshing, it has a  lot  of health benefits?

Here we have comprised a list of health benefits that you may not have known:
1.  Good for stomach
Lemon can help relieve many digestion problems when mixed with hot water. These include nausea, heartburn and parasites. Due to the digestive qualities of lemon juice, symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, bloating and belching are relieved. By drinking lemon juice regularly, the bowels are aided in eliminating waste more efficiently. Lemon acts as a blood purifier and as a cleansing agent.     Just watch out for acid erosion on your teeth, I used to drink a glass of lemonade in the morning too before my dentist told me that I had signs of acid erosion. Try to rinse out your
    mouth after drinking te lemonade so the juice doesn’t remain on your teeth for too long.

    Good reminder – thank you! I remember reading that we wake up each morning and our bodies are dehydrated and basic (pH). So a glass of lemon water brings us back to Center on both those counts. Easy peasy, lemon-squeezy! (oh no, I didn’t just write that – but yes I DID and I’m cracking myself up with it, so I’ll leave it here!)
