Conquer Today
Today’s post is a simple one, “One More”. Meaning whatever physical activity you participate in, increase the number by one. If you are lifting weights, add one to the number of times you plan to lift. Are you a runner or rider? Add one foot, yard, kilometer, or mile to today’s run or ride.
We are striving to be better than we were yesterday and adding one more to our exercises will help us do just that.
